This card showcases the traditional British countryside in Summer, as sheep and lambs seek shade under the boughs of an old Oak tree among rolling hills and dry-stone walls. It is blank inside for your own personal message.
The uncoated paper gives colours a sophisticated feel and a slightly muted finish. Environmentally friendly recycled envelopes have an off-white, coarse texture with earthy flecked depths to their uncoated surface.
The original photograph was taken by me at one of my favourite wildflower spots in the UK, a series of meadows in Derbyshire. It is a landscape that has been the same for hundreds of years.
